RETURN

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product. You must clearly inform us that you want to return the item, via email to info@simonskinner.co. Please write your name, email address and order number. In addition, please note the following: (1) You, the costumer is responsible to pay for and return the item. (2) Products can be returned only to the country in which they were originally purchased. (3) Handmade products are not eligible for return.

Once a product is returned, for which a complaint has been filed, and the complaint approved, we will refund the customer in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The right to file a complaint applies to products that are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation.
