The following terms and conditions are valid between you and Simon Skinner (Org. no. 9106141055) and may be referred to as “us” and “we”) and apply to all orders placed on www.simonskinner.co.
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on the website and we have the right to correct and update information. All content on www.simonskinner.co is owned by us and may not be copied or used without our written consent.
By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read, understand, and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Please note that orders can only be placed by individuals above the age of 18, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or place an order if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Prices
Each item is stated with price including VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Shipping is added and displayed in the final price. For deliveries outside the EU, local taxes and fees may apply.
Return and refund policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product. You must clearly inform us that you want to return the item, via email to info@simonskinner.co. Please write your name, email address and order number. In addition, please note the following: (1) You, the costumer is responsible to pay for and return the item. (2) Products can be returned only to the country in which they were originally purchased. (3) Handmade products are not eligible for return.
Once a product is returned, for which a complaint has been filed, and the complaint approved, we will refund the Customer in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The right to file a complaint applies to products that are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation.
Applicable law and dispute resolutions
Any disputes shall primarily be settled by agreement after discussions with our customer services: info@simonskinner.co. In the event of any dispute, www.simonskinner.co complies with the decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints, www.arn.se
Privacy Policy
With your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. You have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you according to the Swedish Personal Data Act. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information will be corrected or deleted. If so, contact us at info@simonskinner.co.

Unclaimed parcels

If you do not collect the parcel, we have the right to charge you a fee of 140 SEK.

If you do not collect the parcel, we have the right to charge you a fee of €29,50.
Force Majeure
www.simonskinner.co is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, e.g. general labour dispute, changed governmental orders, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both the Customer and www.simonskinner.co are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.
